Install Rymi
The Mac app is available to download now. The iPhone and iPad app is coming soon, and the cloud features are on the way. Here is the current state of each.
The Mac app is the released, primary experience and it is free.
- Download the latest version from dl.rymi.app/Rymi-latest.dmg.
- Open the disk image and drag Rymi into your Applications folder.
- Launch it. The app is notarised by Apple, so it opens without extra steps.
Rymi keeps itself up to date. When a new version is available it offers to install it; you can also check any time from Settings -> Updates. See auto-update.
iPhone and iPad
Section titled “iPhone and iPad”Rymi on iPhone and iPad is not a stripped-down companion. It is the full Rymi experience, tuned to each platform. Throughout these docs, anything described “on iPhone and iPad” refers to that app. Keeping the same tasks across your Mac, iPhone, and iPad will need Rymi Together, which is also coming soon.
What you get for free
Section titled “What you get for free”The full single-device Mac app is free: every section, capture, projects, deadlines, recurring tasks, search, keyboard control, and widgets. Nothing about the daily ritual is paywalled.
What Rymi Together will add
Section titled “What Rymi Together will add”Rymi Together is the optional subscription that will add cloud backup, sync across your devices, and project sharing. You can use Rymi fully without it today, and add it once it launches, whenever you want more than one device or want to collaborate.
