Switch from TickTick
Rymi imports from TickTick’s backup CSV, including your lists, tags, due dates, and recurring schedules.
Export from TickTick
Section titled “Export from TickTick”- In TickTick, open Settings → Backup.
- Export your data and save the
.csvfile.
Import into Rymi
Section titled “Import into Rymi”- In Rymi, open Settings → Data → Import Data….
- Choose TickTick.
- Pick your
.csvfile. - Review the preview, choose whether active tasks go to your Inbox or Backlog, and click Import.
What carries over
Section titled “What carries over”- Tasks and content, with due dates. Each TickTick list becomes a Rymi project.
- Completed tasks land in your Archive.
- Tags are added to each task’s notes.
- Checklist items and sub-tasks are folded into the parent task’s notes as a checklist.
- Recurring tasks are kept where Rymi can express the schedule (daily, weekly, monthly, chosen weekdays, a day of the month, and every-N variants). Schedules Rymi cannot represent, such as yearly or “the second Tuesday”, are imported as normal tasks, and the preview tells you.
What does not
Section titled “What does not”- Folders (the layer above lists) and priorities are not kept. Rymi projects are flat and have no priority.
- Tasks marked “Won’t do” are skipped.
The preview lists everything the import drops or changes before you commit, and the result screen has a one-tap Undo Import.
