Sharing a project
A shared project lets you and another person work on the same set of tasks. Sharing is per-project and built for small, informal collaboration, not teams. It needs Rymi Together.
Invite someone
Section titled “Invite someone”- Open Settings -> Sync & Sharing, or use the Share control in a project’s header (on iOS, the Share item in the project toolbar).
- Pick the project to share.
- Enter the other person’s email or their Rymi alias.
- Send the invitation.
The other person needs to be a Rymi user. Common messages you might see:
- No account found if the address is not a Rymi user
- Already shared with this person if they are already a member
- Can’t share with yourself
- Requires subscription if Rymi Together is not active
Accepting
Section titled “Accepting”Invitations show up in Settings -> Rymi Together under pending invitations when the other person next opens the app. Once accepted, the project appears for both of you and stays in sync.
What sharing adds
Section titled “What sharing adds”A shared project gains an Unassigned pool and per-task assignment, so you can divide the work. See members and assignment.
Sharing stops at the project. There are still no team workspaces, no roles, and no admin layer; it is two people around one shared list.
