Step-by-step guides for switching to Rymi from other task managers are on the way, together with a built-in way to bring your existing tasks and projects across.

Moving to a new task app should not mean retyping everything you already have. We are building two things to make the switch easy:

• An importer that brings your tasks and projects into Rymi from other tools.
• Per-app guides that show how each tool’s ideas map onto Rymi’s model, so the move feels natural rather than mechanical.

Switching is also a good moment to lean into how Rymi works: capture freely, then commit deliberately. The import will respect that, landing your existing work where it belongs rather than dumping everything into Today.
